Windows Defender is an anti-malware program that is integrated into every Windows 10 and 11 device. It has been tested by three independent organizations and comes with a number of key features to make it stand out, like cloud backup and parental controls. It’s not a one-stop solution to protect against all threats, however. There are other top antivirus software applications that provide extra features like password management and VPN in addition to a broad range of device protection and malware.
