Malwarebytes has plenty going for it, but there are still some issues that keep it from being the best choice for all users. It is one of the reasons it costs more than some of its competitors for a single device subscription. It’s also not as comprehensive in terms of features compared to other models.

Malwarebytes provides multiple layers of protection including web protection and ransomware protection. It also provides adware and malware protection and removal and detection.
