Objetivo General

To evaluate the host response of different stone fruits rootstocks, Prunus sp. against the Meloidogyne species found in the Central Valley of Chile.

Objetivos Específicos

• To establish a rear of Meloidogyne populations collected in different locations of the Central Valley of Chile.
• To identify the Meloidogyne species found in the Central Valley of Chile through morphological and molecular characterization.
• To determine the comparative virulence among Meloidogyne species found in the Central Valley of Chile.
• To determine the host responses of nine Prunus sp. rootstocks genotypes to Meloidogyne spp.
