Objetivo General

Desarrollar una plataforma para la producción competitiva de flores, orientado hacia la diversificación del mercado internacional a través de la consolidación del negocio de las peonías de la Región de La Araucanía.

Objetivos Específicos

• 1.-Incrementar la productividad del cultivo de peonías con los estándares de calidad exigidos por los mercados de destino.
• 2.-Establecer un sistema de gestión productiva de las peonías.
• 3.-Establecer un sistema de comercialización que responda eficientemente a los requerimientos de los distintos mercados.
• 4.-Difundir los resultados obtenidos a productores, técnicos y profesionales del rubro.
• 5.-Gestionar el Programa en forma eficiente y eficaz de tal modo que asegure el logro de los objetivos y sustentabilidad del rubro a través del desarrollo de un modelo organizacional replicable para la producción competitiva de flores.
• 6.-Incorporar la AFC a la cadena de exportación de peonías.
